This week we are doing a “chalk talk” on the subject of strategic lanes. Strategic lanes is a very simple but very helpful tool that will help you improve your focus on the most important parts of your job, which will improve your impact over time.
I ran a little long this week, but this is an important topic so I wanted to make sure and explain it thoroughly.
As a side note, you can also use this idea for your family, church or any other organization you work with. Today, however, I focus on the basics as they apply to your primary vocational role.
