Strategic Lanes Part Deux

Share On:

This week we wrap up our strategic lanes conversation.

First, I’ll show you how to integrate the results of your time log. Second, I’ll discuss the concept of “lane changes.” By planning your work intelligently, you’ll be able to switch gears (or change lanes) and stay in one of your other lanes even if you encounter a speed bump or stopping point in the one you’re working on.

As a reminder, you can also use this idea for your family, church or any other organization you work with.

Next week I’ll integrate the concepts we’ve discussed over the few weeks and I’ll give you a few ideas on how to bring them all together and make them a regular part of your leadership life.
