Marv is the owner and principal at Leadership Adventure. He started his career in engineering and migrated quickly into senior management. Marv’s passion is mentoring, coaching and building leaders and teams using his “Connect – Catalyze – Activate” (SM) process, helping them take the next step in unlocking their leadership potential both as individuals and for the organizations they serve. He splits time between sunny San Diego and the mountains of Northern Arizona.
